The Alabama Honduras Mission started in 1998 as a medical and dental mission.  The first group was twelve people and their primary goal was to bring basic medical and dental services to the people of Honduras.  Many groups who undertake such missions, rarely go back to the same place twice.  The Alabama Honduras Mission was different.  They chose to go back to the same general area each year.  Dr. Tom Camp says that it is a unique experience to revisit the same place each year to see results of the efforts you have invested.
Since that first year, the mission has branched out into different areas such as Vision (supplying eye glasses) Education Outreach and Christian Ministry. Click on the buttons to the left to view team activities.
