Medical Mission
The Alabama Honduran Medical Mission started out with a few doctors from central Alabama with a focus on providing basic medical care to remote areas in Honduras. Dr. Tom Camp and Dr. Tom Arnold were the first doctors to go in 1998. Since that first mission, many more doctors, dentists, nurses and volunteers have joined hands to provide care to a part of the world that has long been neglected.
Dr. Camp was the founding member of the mission and has gone every year since 1998. The teams sees from 75 to
200 patients per day they are in country.
