Mike and Lee Ann visit Shalom on fact finding for construction this summer.
Mike Dunlap and lee Ann Banks visited Shalom in April 09 for a “Fact Finding” tour to spot areas that need work on the building the girls live in. Shalom is located on the property of the Mission Compound of Cruzado in La Ceiba.
They took the entire dormitory to eat at the Pizza Hut and then on to a day of shopping for food and “girl stuff”.
Mike, a contractor, surveyed the actual building and sent pictures to Joe Jones of Discovery United Methodist Church for their work project this summer of ’09.
They also took “their girl”, artist Magdalena, and her best friend to a special restaurant as a treat.
