Kristy Wynn: Who, What, Why, Where, and When May ‘09

Meet Kristy Wynn. Working under the aspdirection of the Volunteers in Mission of the North Alabama Conference of United Methodist Church, she plans to spend the summer stationed with Sister Eleanor in La Ceiba. She will be going down with Christ United Methodist Church’s July ’09 team to Utila and staying thru September. We are looking forward to weekly reports from Kristy on any and all aspects of her work in Honduras. For now, she will spend her first week with the team to Utila interpreting Spanish to English, and Vic Versa.

Kristy speaks fluent Spanish and is working on being an interpreter for Hispanics in American Hospitals and figuring other ways to help folks.

She will be working with any group that might like an “American Interpreter”. Living in La Cieba for the summer in the Girl’s dorm (Shalom), she looks forward to getting to know the girls and the Cruzado organization.
