Dear Friends and Family,
As many of you know, I recently traveled to remote areas of Honduras to
provide needed medical care to several small villages along the Moskito
Coast. We were a team of five Americans from across the country
supported with financial assistance, for the purchase of medications, by
CHIMES, AHMEN, along many businesses, individuals and churches in
Alabama, California and Tennessee.
We had made prior arrangements to meet two young Honduran doctors in
Ciriboya and brought them with us. Additionally we invited physicians
and dentists from the Cuban medical brigades based in rural Palacios,
Honduras to help. As a result, several hundreds of patients received
medical treatment where there had rarely been care before.
