Basically, we hope to have/do:
1. one or more representatives from each team.
2. each team will share some aspects of their work that other teams
might
want to "copy" or get ideas from.
3. explore dates the teams will be going so folks might want to
join some
team that better fits their schedule.
4. new teams or team leaders take the VIM Team Leadership Course
- this will
be offered by Paulette as a break out session sometime during the
day.
5. identify areas we can work together on or share resources with.
6. explore new areas or services we could provide, i.e. hearing,
vet,
7. explore how to coordinate with teams outside our "AHMEN
Teams".
8. identify new areas to serve in Honduras: Utila, Olancho, Seco,
etc.
9. network/network/network
We have a lot to do but it sure is exciting.
