team that is currently set for May 19-28 will plan to build a “Public Health” clinic in one of the communities within driving distance of Limon which currently has not doctor. There are 200 Hondurans currently scheduled to graduate August 13, 2005 from the Latin American Medical University in Cuba as primarily public health doctors who have committed to return to Honduras and serve in a community that currently has no doctor. We hope to start building clinics for them. This team will focus on “pick and shovel” construction work. We will have a great time.

NOTE from Linda Tripp: our team, CD Tripp, leader and assist leader, Linda Tripp tentative dates are July 16-23, 2005 to Yorito The kind of mission will primarily depend upon it's participants: if we have a substantial # of drs and nurses, it will be medical, dentists and it
will include dental. Either way, we plan on branching out a bit to include an educational team which will visit the local schools to assess
needs. Who do we need? Well, ANYONE who has a desire to help and to serve those in need!

NOTE: Mission Participation Information
Age limit:

13 to 80 years old.

10% to 20% of each trip has been made up of people less than 20 years old.

The cost per person to go on the weeks mission is approximately $1500.

Length of time of the normal mission is eight days

The dates for the next trip are to be decided though they usually happen in the summer months.

Most any skills would be helpful.
